St. Cecilia has designated drop off dates and times for those willing to donate items. The dates are: June 5 - June 12 - June 19 (Father's Day) - June 26 - July 7-9 between 10-2 pm
Acceptable donations: Gently used furniture items that are still in good condition | holiday items and decorations | home decor, collectables | religious items | lamps | garden supplies, tools | home improvement supplies | baby/toddler items, toys | jewelry | fitness equipment | books | knick knack items | and vintage items
Not Acceptable:
Dirty or stained items |clothing |bedding |plastic tupperware/food storage/drink cups |food |armoires | desks |televisions (unless a working flatscreen) |computers and outdated electronics
If you're not sure about an item, please feel free to contact Kate Malo at kmathers9@gmail.com. If you drop off unacceptable items, they will be placed in the dumpster. Please know that if we can not take your items, they may be better suited at any of the following charitable donation centers:
Dress for Success Cincinnati – accepts women’s new or nearly new clothing, shoes and accessories
SPCA Cincinnati – accepts blankets, bedding and towels
Shelterhouse – accepts food, clothing and toiletries
Tender Mercies – accepts kitchen, recreational, hygiene items and more
St. Vincent DePaul – accepts a lot of items, can even schedule a pick-up if you have a lot of items (513) 421-CARE
Volunteers Needed If you’re interested in volunteering to help with the Flea Market, please email Kate Malo at kmathers9@gmail.com. Some of the areas we need help include: picking up donation items, moving heavy items, cashier during the Flea Market open hours, and clean up.
